To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 48 hours (2 days) of your initial purchase. Furthermore, refunds will not be granted if you have accessed or downloaded more than 10% of the course material, or if you have attempted any certification exams or mock tests included within the course.
In the event that you accidentally register and pay for the exact same course twice, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction. Please contact our support team immediately with both transaction IDs to initiate this process.
For enterprise services such as Penetration Testing, MSSP engagements, or Compliance Audits, cancellation terms are strictly governed by the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed before the commencement of the project. Generally, cancellations made after work has officially commenced are not eligible for a full refund, and will be billed prorated based on the hours already delivered.
To request a refund, please email our billing department at sales@techvertos.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
